The central heating unit (CHU) contains elements of thermal power plants, providing connection of these plants to the heating network, their operability, management of heat consumption modes. The CHS is located in a separate room and is used to serve a group of consumers (buildings, industrial facilities). And there is such a structure standing in the middle of the yard. Of course, such a large area of perfectly clean surface cannot but attract fans of self-expression, including graffiti.
